Inspection work is often priced per structure or per substructure unit, and marine construction is usually unit-priced per linear foot or per pile. Our estimate will break out these components so you can compare bids line by line.
What reporting and deliverables can we expect after the dives?
You receive a dive operations report that includes observations, video or still documentation, and measurements, all consistent with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 Subpart T commercial diving requirements. If the work is a bridge inspection, the report will follow 23 CFR 650.311 and be signed by an FHWA-NHI qualified team leader. Deliverables are structured for owners, insurers, and regulators.
